2.2) By using the Company’s services, the Customer provides consent for the collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data as required to fulfill the requested service.

2.3) Personal Data is used solely for service-related purposes, including booking management, communication, and the execution of transportation services.

2.4) The Company does not share Personal Data with third parties unless required for service delivery or by applicable law.

2.5) The Company processes Personal Data only to the extent necessary to provide its services effectively and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

2.6) Personal Data may be stored for as long as required to fulfill service obligations and comply with legal requirements.

2.8) The Company applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

2.9) The Company may process Personal Data in both electronic and physical formats as required for operational purposes.

2.10) These data protection provisions apply to all Customers, including individuals, representatives, and entities placing bookings.

2.11) The Company may be held responsible for damages resulting from improper handling of Personal Data, subject to applicable laws and the submission of a valid and substantiated claim by the Customer.

3 · Liability

3.1) The Company is responsible for providing transportation services in accordance with the agreed booking. Liability applies in cases where damage or inconvenience is directly caused by the Company or its assigned driver.

3.2) The Company is not liable for delays, disruptions, or damages resulting from events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, natural events, traffic incidents, road closures, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

3.3) The Company is not liable for delays or issues caused by the Customer or third parties. This includes situations where the Customer fails to arrive at the agreed pickup time or provides incorrect booking details.

3.4) The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly loaded and collected.

3.5) The Company is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from circumstances beyond the driver’s control, including actions taken to prevent accidents or ensure passenger safety during the journey.

3.6) In cases where a service issue is directly caused by the Company, compensation may be provided. Any such compensation is limited to a maximum amount of €100 per booking.

3.7) By using the Company’s services, the Customer agrees that the compensation limit stated above represents a reasonable and sufficient level of compensation.

3.8) If the Customer seeks compensation exceeding this amount, it is the Customer’s responsibility to have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

4 · Pickup timing

4.1) The Customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate pickup time based on their travel plans. This includes allowing sufficient time for traffic conditions, delays, and any required check-in procedures.

4.2) The Company recommends allowing additional time when scheduling transfers, especially for airport departures or time-sensitive journeys. This helps reduce the risk of delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.3) The Company is not liable for missed flights, appointments, or other time-sensitive arrangements if the selected pickup time does not allow for adequate travel time.

5 · Bookings

5.1) All services are provided based on a booking submitted by the Customer or an authorized third party, such as a hotel, travel agency, or representative.

5.2) Bookings can be made through the Company’s available channels, including the website, email, phone, or other supported communication methods.

5.3) A booking becomes valid and binding only after it has been confirmed by the Company. Confirmation may be provided through email, message, or other communication methods, depending on how the booking was made.

5.4) An acknowledgment of a booking request does not constitute confirmation. The service is considered confirmed only when the Company has reviewed and accepted the booking.

5.5) Once confirmed, the booking details-including service specifications, number of passengers, and agreed arrangements-are considered binding for both the Company and the Customer.

6 · Payments

6.1) Payments for services are made in Euros (EUR). The total amount is based on the confirmed booking details and agreed service.

6.2) Payment can be made either in advance or at the time of the transfer, depending on the booking method and arrangement with the Company.

6.3) The Company accepts payments by cash or card. Accepted payment methods may vary depending on how the booking is completed.

6.4) For advance payments made online, the Customer will receive confirmation once the transaction has been processed. It is not necessary to present a printed receipt unless requested.

6.5) In certain cases, the Company may require partial or full prepayment before the service is provided. If the required payment is not completed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

7 · Multi-leg payments

7.1) For bookings that include a return journey or multiple transfers, the Customer may choose to pay the full amount in advance or pay for each transfer separately.

7.2) When payment is made in parts, the applicable amount is settled at the time of each transfer, based on the agreed booking.

7.3) The Company may provide confirmation or proof of payment for completed transfers as needed.

8 · Cancellations

8.1) For standard transfer services, the Customer may cancel or modify a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

8.2) If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the transfer.

8.3) For excursions, tours, or other special services, cancellations must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a 100% charge of the total service cost.

8.4) Cancellations and modifications can be requested through the Company’s available communication channels, including the website, email, or phone.

8.5) If a booking has been prepaid and is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the Customer is entitled to a refund in accordance with the Company’s refund policy.

9 · Refunds

9.1) If a prepaid service is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

9.2) Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

9.3) Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

9.4) Requests for refunds must be submitted within a reasonable period following the scheduled service. The Company may require confirmation details to process the request.

9.5) If a cancellation is made outside the permitted timeframe, the Company reserves the right to retain the full amount paid as a cancellation fee.

10 · Claims

10.1) If the Customer experiences a service issue, a compensation claim must be submitted to the Company with sufficient details of the incident.

10.2) Claims should be submitted within a reasonable period after the scheduled service. The Company may require supporting information to review the claim.

10.3) All claims will be reviewed and assessed based on the circumstances of the service and the information provided by the Customer.

10.4) Where compensation is deemed applicable, it is limited to the value of the booked service and will not exceed €100 per reservation.

10.5) The Company is not liable for compensation in cases involving circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

11 · Complaints

11.1) If the Customer experiences any issue with the service, they should contact the Company as soon as possible. Immediate communication allows the Company to address the situation promptly.

11.2) If the issue cannot be resolved during the service, the Customer may submit a complaint with full details of the experience. This can be done through the Company’s official communication channels.

12.3) The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Company is not liable for items that are lost, forgotten, or left behind during the transfer.

12.4) The Customer must not cause damage to the vehicle or interfere with the driver’s ability to safely operate the vehicle. Any damage caused by the Customer may result in additional charges or liability.

12.5) The Customer is expected to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the journey. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

13 · General provisions

13.1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Company and remain valid unless updated or revised.
